Tho use to high after reducing price twice house was under contact 2 days later. But keep reading the first price was trying to get most available for house. Even with higher price listed still had 10 people do walk thrus of house so still in right ballpark. Also needs to be noted. From time house listed for sale and then under contract was only 13 days over 20 people did walk thrus. Very happy with service and help Mr. Claude did was looking to get price available. Where do I begin. I was told how stressful home buying can be but was ultimately surprised how well my process went. I credit this all to the professionalism of my realtor Ken Claude.
